With off-street parking available at the rear of the hotel, Cotswold House Hotel is situated in a quiet position, a few minutes' walk from Gyllynvase Beach.

Falmouth town centre, with its picturesque cobbled streets and harbour, is also within easy walking distance.

In addition to the summer holiday season, the hotel makes a perfect location for a leisurely early spring or autumn break when the roads are less busy yet most attractions open.

Guarded by the Pendenms and St Mawes castles on opposite sides of the estuary and with one of the deepest natural harbours in the world, Falmouth is a renowned centre for sailing and water sports. Boat trips, water ski-ing, sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving and fishing facilities are all available.

Other nearby amenities include an excellent golf course, with reduced green fees when booked through the hotel, tennis courts, bowls and horse riding.
