Guarded by the Pendenms and St
Mawes castles on opposite sides of the estuary and with one of the
deepest natural harbours in the world, Falmouth is a renowned centre
for sailing and water sports. Boat trips, water ski-ing, sailing,
wind surfing, scuba diving and fishing facilities are all available.
